Greetings from SELF!

Welcome to the blog for the Sports and Entertainment Law Forum (S.E.L.F.), a student organization at the University of Oregon School of Law.  We are a group of students interested all things related to sports and entertainment law - negotiations, contracts, intellectual property, mediation, arbitration, antitrust, labor law, torts, tax, and on and on!

Our goal is to increase the exposure and relevance of sports and entertainment law here at Oregon through bringing in guest legal speakers, providing forums for sports and entertainment news and discussions, organizing an annual sports and entertainment law conference, and lobbying the administration and faculty for course offerings pertaining to sports and entertainment law.  We have an ambitious agenda for the 2010-'11 school year and we'll be sure to post updates here as the year progresses.
